Terms & Conditions for John XXIII College Tickets:

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions stated below. 

1. Ticket Purchases

Ticket prices are listed in AUD. Tickets are available for individuals aged 18 and older.

Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. 

2. Ticket Delivery

After Purchasing Your Ticket: an automated confirmation email will be sent to you with your ticket purchase details. Please save this confirmation as it may be required for registration. 

Tickets are valid only for the event date and time listed.

3. Event Cancellations, Changes, and Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a ticket for the rescheduled event. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be honoured for the new date.

The event organisers, John XXIII College are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control, such as acts of God, government restrictions, or technical failures.

Access and Attendance

Admission & Behaviour: ticket holders must comply with event rules and regulations. John XXIII College reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Liability: by purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the event organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

Privacy & Marketing: Personal information will be used for event and college related communication and social media purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which will be used solely for event-related communication. The event organisers retain all rights to any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event. Attendees consent to being filmed and photographed.

Event organisers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
