On Thursday, 27 February, John XXIII College marked the official start of the academic year with the highly anticipated Commencement Gala, the first occasion in 2025 where the entire college community came together.
Dressed in elegant cocktail attire, students and staff gathered for an unforgettable evening of celebration and connection. The event began with a warm welcome from Dee Marripodi the Acting Head of College, who reflected on the year ahead and the strong sense of community that defines John XXIII College.
The night was filled with laughter, music, conversation, and excitement as both returning and new students embraced the opportunity to build friendships and set the tone for the year ahead. With a vibrant atmosphere and an undeniable energy, the Commencement Gala was a fitting launch to what promises to be an incredible 2025 at John XXIII College.
