Last Saturday, John XXIII College hosted a full house for our annual Men We Admire event. A special highlight was the speech by Andrew Bennett, father of three students who have attended the College, including our current President, Hugo Bennett. Andrew spoke about the unique opportunity that college life provides and the strong peer support that makes it such a special experience.
Through the generosity of our guests, we raised an incredible $5,425 towards our 2026 Country Education Scholarships. These scholarships will help open the doors of opportunity for talented students from rural and regional Australia to experience all that college life offers.
It was a pleasure to see our students proudly welcome guests and share their college community. The Men We Admire tradition remains a valued part of our calendar, bringing together our extended John XXIII College family.
