The College warmly congratulates our Student Experience Manager, Lachlan (Lachie) Creighton, on an incredible fortnight of achievements that reflect his outstanding leadership both on and off the field.
Over the weekend, Lachie coached the Uni-Norths Owls to their first-ever John I Dent Cup Premiership, a historic moment for the club and the Canberra rugby community. This milestone follows his recognition just days earlier at the 2025 ACT & SNSW Community Rugby Awards, where he was honoured with the Michael Hickey Memorial Trophy for Coach of the Year.
These achievements celebrate more than rugby success. They showcase Lachie’s ability to build teams, nurture talent, and inspire those around him, qualities we see every day in his work at the College. As Student Experience Manager, Lachlan plays a vital role in shaping the lives of our residents: supporting them, encouraging them, and helping them thrive during their time at John XXIII.
We are proud to celebrate Lachie’s achievements and the example he sets for our students: that through hard work, resilience, and belief in others, extraordinary things can be achieved.
