John’s Spirit at the Canberra Reunion

The J23 community came together in the capital last week for a night of reconnection, laughter, and memories at our Canberra Reunion.

Held at back at the College in the Pelican, the evening brought together a wonderful mix of ex-ressies – from our most recent graduates to those who called John’s home decades ago. It was especially heartening to see so many younger ex-ressies making the time to come along, eager to keep the College spirit alive beyond their years on campus.

Guests enjoyed a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to reminisce, swap stories, and make new connections within the local John’s network. The buzz in the room proved that no matter how long it’s been since leaving College, the bonds forged at John’s run deep.

The Canberra Reunion also gave us a chance to highlight the exciting things ahead for the College, including alumni events and the road towards our 60th Anniversary celebrations in 2027.
