A great night in Melbourne
A great night in Melbourne

It was wonderful to see our Melbourne-based ex-ressies come together last week for the John XXIII College Melbourne Reunion. After a long absence, it was a joyful evening of reconnection, stories, and plenty of laughter as the Johns community reunited down south.

The gathering followed a string of successful reunions in Canberra, Sydney, and the Central West, continuing our effort to reconnect with alumni across the country.

Speaking on the night, Head of College, Jas Lincoln, reflected on the importance of bringing the broader College community together, particularly as we approach several major milestones, 50 Years of Women at Johns in 2026, and of course, the 60th Anniversary in 2027.

The Melbourne community showed great enthusiasm to see these celebrations grow locally, with plans to build stronger alumni connections in Victoria over the coming years, led by some inspiring local champions.
